Hey Friendly CGSA's! I'd like to start a shout welcoming committee :). It's very simple. When a new member joins, I will send an email to those on the committee with a link to their shout page. Your job would then be to put a welcome shout on their profile. A handful of you do this already, which I think is just wonderful and is also what inspired this idea.
